Our company was founded in 1995 by Christos Kaklidis and his wife Chrysa, after his many years of experience in the field of catering in Germany.

The first bakery opened its doors to the public in the village of Petrani, Kozani, and then moved to Kouvuklia, Kozani, where it is also his hometown. Utilizing his experience from abroad as well as the organizational conditions he encountered there, along with hard work and the support of his family, he created a chain of stores that today cover the entire city of Kozani, with Bread, Sweets, Coffee, Pastries, Drinks, Sandwich etc. The purpose was to preserve the traditional Greek oven but also to transmit modern foreign influences.

The first branch was created in the city of Kozani in 1997, specifically in Mag. Alexandrou, serving the historical area of ​​the old KTEL of Kozani and its residents.

The second store was created in Aristotelous Square in 2004 and serves the entire area of ​​the city, as well as the customers of the established, larger Saturday People’s Market.

The great demand for the products of Kaklidis Bakery “pushed” the Kaklidi family to find a new place to house the new, state-of-the-art oven that would cover the increased needs of the branches. The big leap in the business took place in 2008 housing production, central services as well as a new branch that was to become the largest of the chain on the 11th of October in Kozani and perhaps the most well-served bakery in the city, serving 100s of customers daily.

In 2014, the third branch of Kaklidis Bakery was established in Lassani Square, bringing the total number of shops to 4.

It is worth noting the support of the family of Christos Kaklidis in the effort to develop the business in the city of Kozani. Today the management of the company is held by the wife of Christos Kaklidis, Chryssa Kaklidis together with their children Vassilis and Matina with each of them having now assumed their own share of responsibility in the daily operation of the company.
